Dr. Arnett received her medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in 2000, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and graduated with Highest Distinction. Additionally, she was awarded the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation by the American Women’s Medical Association for excellence during medical school. Dr. Arnett completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Women’s and Children’s Hospital. During this time she was awarded the Berlex Best Teaching Resident award for excellence in clinical instruction. Her interest and skill in performing complex surgeries via laparoscopy and hysteroscopy earned her the Advancing Minimally Invasive Gynecology Award from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Arnett completed her subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the world-renowned Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at the Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York. She received the highest level of training by pioneers in the field of in vitro fertilization (IVF), ovarian stimulation, and minimally-invasive surgery. Dr. Arnett stayed at Cornell until 2009 serving as an instructor in Reproductive Medicine and in Obstetrics and Gynecology while completing an additional fellowship in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research through an NIH-sponsored grant.
